Our small hall, pictured above, seats 80-100 guests with round tables, and 120-140 with long tables. It is $800 for a six-hour rental. We stop our parties at midnight, so most parties go from 6pm to Midnight. We open the hall two hours before your party starts to give you time to decorate. Extra hours can be purchased.
Our large hall, above, is $1500 to rent. It seats about 140-150 with round tables and up to 200 with long tables.
Rent both our halls for $2300 and you take over the entire facility. This includes a beautiful outdoor patio and the fabulous vintage bar. Now you can seat up to 350 and more. You could have two types of music going in two rooms. Have a band in one room and a deejay in another. Only your imagination is the limit to the possibilities.
We also have dinners from $10-$13 per person. We prepare everything from scratch just for your party. For example, for our Mexican buffet, we soak our beans for two days, mash them ourselves, chop our own vegetables, fry our own chips, blend our own salsa, and serve everything hot off the stove as your guests are ready to eat.
We have an all-you-can-drink soda package for $2 per person. We also have drink specials for the bar.
We need one security guard, at $100 each, for every 75 people. That is to make sure that no one who is not invited enters your party. We also do linens for a very reasonable $400-$500 for the small hall and $700-$800 for the larger hall, depending on how many guests you have. Tables and chairs are included in your rental.
You would still be responsible for your cake, centerpieces, and deejay.
Our outdoor garden patio is available for ceremonies. The cost is $500, which includes an extra two hours of rental time, and exclusive use of our beautiful bridal suite.
We try to be one of the nicest yet most affordable places around. Based on the size of your party, I know we can come in under budget.
